This resume company promises you to land a dream job. As my old resume was a mess and I wasn’t sure I would manage with resume writing properly, I decided to leave it to a pro. I checked some of the samples of resumes in my industry (I’m a pharmacist) and I liked them, so the decision was made.

The company offers a wide variety of packages to fit everyone’s needs. The cheapest one is available at $119 and includes a custom resume and cover letter. Or, you can go for an all-inclusive package at $479 and get the set of all possible career documents. My choice was somewhere in the middle; I stayed on $189 package with letters.

Order details

To make an order, the site requires you to sign up first. I entered my personal information and was also offered a huge number of paid extras – and didn’t choose any of them. I proceeded with payment and was asked to provide my old resume. I sent over my old resume and also messaged the writer giving some extra information about my past job and the positions I was going to apply for.

Quality of writing and support

The site didn’t explain how it worked, so I had to call them to find out a delivery time and the details of the process. I called the phone number in their Contact section and had to talk to someone who wasn’t very polite. They don’t have a chat like some of the sites, for instance, http://cvresumewritingservices.org/. However, I was explained that the writer received my old package and will ask me extra questions if any. I had to wait for around a week to have my package complete. When I opened it, the design and structure appealed to me, but then I realized that the writer didn’t include the information I messaged to him.

Conclusion

I messaged the writer again asking why he didn’t add the information I asked him to add. As it turned out, he never received my letter. I had to resend it and wait another day. To sum up the story, the package I got was good, but the attitude was not perfect.
